Hi All,Spiritual Development:Thoroughly enjoying these classes. We seem to have the makings of a great group.Unfortunately only two men and one is the husband of the medium but he is a healer and gets messages. It's important to have some male energies in the group.Last week we started on psychometry. For those that don't know, psychometry is where you try to pick up 'messages' from an object. I failed miserably I'm afraid but I'm not too downhearted because I think if I'd trusted my instincts I would have been better. I had a small, smooth black crystal to hold. First of all I got a strong impression of death but I put it down to the black colour. I should have gone with that because once I mistrusted this feeling, I found I couldn't go any further with it. As it turned out, the crystal had been given by a medium to another group member on the death of her mother! I didn't say anything about my feelings of death though. I've now had another valuable lesson about going with the flow, trusting my feelings, thoughts, visions, words I get in my head. When I do that I'm normally successful in passing on a recognisable message.I'm very excited because we are moving to a new venue for our group next week. This will be a new shop opening in my home town called 'The Star of Venus'. The shop will sell lots of crystals, tarot cards etc. and we will be using a room upstairs which has been 'cleared' to be used for meditation purposes. Hello All,Marketing PondThis is why I can't seem to find the time to blog so much these days and I do apologise but amazingly this is a brilliant site that actually does make you money on the net. I am living proof of it.I started working it in mid April of this year and I am now earning around $50 - $100 a month!!! Of course you have to put the effort in but I now have 311 referrals and it hasn't been difficult, in fact it's a lot of fun. You will need some time to devote to it if you want to make this sort of money but once you've got enough referrals you don't need to work so hard. If you do keep going with it though, you could be earning in the thousands like some of the bigger frogs (as we're known) are doing. I say it's a lot of fun because it's a thriving community of really committed, supportive people who know a lot about marketing online especially the owner, Valerie Underhill. What she doesn't know is not worth knowing!As you can see with this many referrals in my team, I receive a lot of emails asking me to help them with their Pond. Which I love doing. It's always been in my nature to help people and this is no exception. So I hope you will forgive me if I've been a bit tardy of late. You can read more about the Pond here Sandy's Home Biz I'm hoping to get to 500 referrals by my birthday which is October 13th, you can help if you like ;)Spiritual DevelopmentHonestly if someone had told me a couple of months ago that I would be sitting in a spiritual circle receiving messages from spirit and delivering them to the appreciation of other members in the group, I would have said they were potty! But it's true, that is exactly what I'm doing. I've always been told I'm psychic by a variety of knowledgeable people, one coming from generations of gypsy families even told me I was a old soul in my penultimate life on Earth! I don't know about that but I do know that I've always had a inkling when something special was about to happen, or someone was going to phone me and variety of other unexplainable events. So, in a way, I shouldn't be surprised but it's an amazing feeling when during a guided meditation you are suddenly given inexplicable symbols or words and even get a picture or a name in your mind of who to, deliver it to. Even more strange is the incredible heat I feel after hearing that my message has been accepted by someone. I feel like I'm in a furnace for an instant.I dread getting a difficult message to pass on, like someone is in danger or something similar but according to our tutor, an experienced medium, we have a duty to pass on the messages we are given. We are only a vehicle for them to get their points of view across. Of course this does not mean we have to accept them being abusive or arriving at any time day or night, we can have ground rules and they should respect them. Whatever is happening, I feel fine about it. We start with asking for protection, then we open our chakras, do the meditation, then close the chakras down again. I usually visualise a lotus flower opening and closing but because we are meeting in a library, the caretaker sometimes hurries us up and I have to visualise a book slamming shut sometimes to make sure I am fully closed down before getting hustled out!New ArrivalAs I write this my daughter is in labour in a hospital in Cardiff, about to give birth to her first child and my third grandchild. Yesterday she was 7 days overdue and ready to be induced today but baby decided to start making its presence felt last night. Despite being a bit lazy about it, I'm told to expect the new arrival about 4am this morning. I thought my daughter would be exhausted but apparently, as of an hour and a half ago, she was tucked up and feeling sleepy! It's strange but I had a similar experience with both of my children, I never felt any extreme pain just tightenings that got more and more uncomfortable until I wanted to push. Most of the time I just lay there chatting with the nurses and my ex-husband. So in the next blog I will be a granny again!Till next blog ......Sandy
